Black Cats

The superstition around black cats comes to life every year around Halloween. If you meet a black cat on your way, failure will certainly follow. In 16th century Italy, it was believed that a black cat lying on a sick person's bed meant certain death. The Teutons also believed that a black cat was a sign of death. While these animals are probably misunderstood, it's still an interesting story.
