Gantt

Gantt this is a term for ritual bellused in Hindu or Buddhist religious practice. In Hindu temples, one bell usually hangs at the entrance - devotees ring it at the entrance to the temple.

Meaning and symbolism of Ghana

The curved body of the bell is ananta - the word means infinity or infinite expansion. This is one of the many names of Vishnu. The lapel or tongue of the bell represents the goddess Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom and knowledge. The bell handle represents vitality.

The hollow bell represents the void from which all phenomena arise, including the sound of the bell. The rattle represents the shape. Together they symbolize wisdom (emptiness) and compassion (form and appearance).

In a physical sense, the striking of the bell engages and stimulates all senses. As a result, at the moment of impact and hearing a characteristic sound, the mind is disconnected from thoughts and becomes more open.
