The Busy Girl's Guide to Post-Workout Skin Care

If there's one thing we busy girls don't always - read: never - have time for, it's fiddling with our post-workout skincare routine... especially when we barely have time to walk. to the gym. However, skincare is high on our priority list, so we make it work with a quick yet effective post-workout skincare routine that can be completed in less than five minutes. From cleansing with micellar water, to refreshing with a hydrating facial spray, and hydrating with an oil-free facial lotion, here's our busy girl's step-by-step guide to post-workout skin care:

STEP ONE: CLEANSING WITH MICELLAR WATER

The first step in any skin care routine is cleansing, especially after a workout. For a quick yet effective rinse, place a travel bottle of micellar water and cotton pads in your gym bag and use after your workout.
