What does Dermablend Continuous Correction CC cream look like on 4 editors

With the approach of summer, the desire to change rich cosmetics for something lighter becomes real. But from the point of view basicswho wants to trade coverage for breathability? Not to us. Dermatologist-recommended brand Dermablend promises we won't have to do that with their new product. CC cream continuous correction SPF 50+. Available in 16 shades, the formula promises weightless full coverage, in addition to weightless, broad spectrum sun protection and skin-firming ingredients like antioxidants and brightening niacinamide. BB cream has been my top choice for face makeup during the COVID-19 era, but now that I'm spending a little more time outdoors with people and the weather is heating up, I need a more substantial formula. My criteria: A facial product that contains SPF and effectively evens out the complexion without feeling too heavy or transferring to the mask. I found it in this CC cream. It has more coverage than my favorite BB cream but doesn't feel sticky or feel thick. It dries quickly to a transfer-resistant finish that lasts all day. When I'm not in need of a full face makeover, I also like to use the formula as a concealer to cover blemishes or redness on my cheeks associated with masks.

My whole makeup routine has changed since we started working from home. Instead of reaching for my favorite combination of foundation and concealer, I've started opting for lightweight makeup alternatives like tinted moisturizers that can hide my dark spots and help brighten up my bare skin. So when I heard about this product, I couldn't wait to try it out. And it didn't disappoint. It covers my blemishes and dark spots instantly but doesn't feel heavy, sticky or uncomfortable on my skin. I also love the natural, Zoom-friendly, pore-blurring effect, and as someone with combination skin, the fact that it's non-comedogenic is a plus (no clogged pores here!). After applying the CC cream, I simply apply translucent setting powder to the T-zone to mattify it, and you're done.

I love CC creams and wear them every day, so I started testing this formula with high hopes. I was immediately impressed by how organically the shade fits me and what a velvety texture it is. I applied it all over my face (after SPF and primer) and was able to easily blend it with my fingers. While wearing it, I noticed that there were no gaps, smudges, or creases, and other facial products that I put on top (like my concealer and powder) glided easily - no pilling! I also love the fact that this formula has SPF 50+ and I'm sure it will be my new face product this spring and summer. 10/10 in all respects!

Shade: Light 2

After applying a little CC cream to my skin with a foundation brush, I was immediately blown away by its silky texture and how well it blends with my skin tone. Immediately, my red blemishes from a recent breakout were gone, leaving my skin smooth and light enough to let it breathe. This CC cream has given me absolutely flawless coverage while providing me with SPF protection and for that reason it will be a permanent makeup staple this season and beyond.
