Acne on back 101

With all the talk about rashes on the face, it may seem that acne on the rest of the body is a rare or rare occurrence. But, unfortunately, the reality is quite the opposite. Many people suffer from back pimples and often wonder why these pimples appear in the first place. Find the answer below by discovering five common causes of back acne.

Back neglect

One of the main reasons why we develop a “back of the head” is that most of us do not treat our back with the same care as our face. It is extremely important to use gentle but frequent cleansing regimen throughout the body, including the back.

Excess oil

Excess oil can clog pores and lead to breakouts, especially if the skin is not properly exfoliated.

tight clothing

Polyester and other sticky clothing can stick to your back, trapping moisture and heat, which can cause skin irritation. If you suffer from back acne, try wearing looser clothing, especially while exercising.

Rigid foods

Breakouts on the back and face may look the same, but some products that help with acne on the face may be too strong for the rest of the body.

Waiting for a soul

It's important to shower immediately after exercising, walking in hot weather, or any other period of heavy sweating. Otherwise, bacteria, oil and debris, and the sunscreen you must wear outside, will stick to your back and irritate your skin.
