How to draw winter with pastels
Drawing lesson, how to draw winter with pastels step by step with a description. We draw trees in the snow with pastels, snow and a Christmas tree in the snow with pastels. Winter pastel.
First, let's just decide on the composition and the lightest areas. You can use any paper, it is not necessary to take tinted paper. Define the horizon line and draw bright sunlight.
Using blue and blue pastel chalk, we continue to draw the sky. This is the preparatory stage - the background, which is best rubbed with a small foam swab or just a finger.
In the same way, we draw the lower part of the picture, only rubbing in this case should not be at an angle, but horizontally.
It turned out here is such a picture.
With gray chalk I drew distant trees lost in the sun's rays, and with light blue I drew snow on them. Then she gradually moved to a medium shot. In this case, the lighting is backlit (against the light), so I painted the trees on the right side in dark gray.
I rubbed it a little and emphasized the snow on the trunks.
Now it's time to move on to the foreground. I drew the branches first.
She made a border around most of the snow-covered and icy twigs with white pastel chalk. The top branches should be a bit overexposed and less clear and bright.
It remains to draw a small Christmas tree on the left side, strewn with snow, the upper branches of which are illuminated by the rays of the sun. Source: mtdesign.ru
