How to draw a cornflower with a pencil step by step
In this lesson we will look at how to draw two blue cornflower flowers with a pencil step by step. We will draw each cornflower separately. At first it may seem that it is difficult, but it is actually easy, the main thing is to follow the pictures and you will understand the principle of drawing.
The first we will draw here is such a blue cornflower view, one might say, from above.
Let's start. Determine the middle of the flower around and draw the petals. The shape of the petals on top is somewhat reminiscent of a carnation, but the angularities are not so pronounced there, okay, that's it. What is good about this flower is that the cornflower can be different, fluffy and not very, you can not copy in great detail, but simply draw the petals like this and their location like this.
Draw more petals.
Let's take the middle. In the middle, draw something like a six-pointed star (look at the original photo) and buds around it.
Then the petals are in the form of squiggles and, most likely, pistils, I can’t say for sure.
Draw a stem and a leaf and a beautiful cornflower is ready.
Now the second option is a side view.
Let's start with the petals that look at us, they look like flowers.
Further we draw simply petals and a cup.
We continue, we make a cup of scaly.
Draw a stem and leaves on both sides, pistils and stripes on the petals to add volume.
This is what another blue cornflower looks like.
