How to draw a samurai sword - katana

In this lesson we will look at how to draw a Japanese samurai sword, a katana with a pencil step by step.

This is an easy lesson and consists of 4 steps. In the first, we sketch the sword itself, a long curved line, mark the beginning of the hilt with a dash. Then we create a shape, draw a binding and paint over. That's it, the katana drawing is ready.
