How to draw a Christmas cat Mog

Let's draw an oval and guide curves, each of them is necessary for us to understand where something is.

So, the horizontal line shows us the location of the eyes, it is above the middle, and the vertical line shows us the middle of the head. Then we mark the eyes and nose with dashes. We draw the top of the eyes, this is a triangle, but the lines are not straight, but more rounded. See as in the picture. Next, draw the bottom of the eyes, also a rounded line, then the nose, mouth and eyebrows. Erase the guide lines and draw the cat's ears, muzzle and body part.

Now wipe all the lines with an eraser so that it is hard to see. Then we already draw lines more clear and fatter. We draw the contour of the eyes, glare necessarily in the eyes, nose and parted mouth. We shade the part of the mouth, this is the oral cavity, which we do not see, it seems to us just a black area.

Now we need to paint over the eyes, leaving the highlights untouched and show that our cat is fluffy. To do this, we imitate wool with jerky lines in the direction of wool growth (see, as in the picture).

Now we paint over the area under the eyebrows above the eyes, it is dark.

Adding more wool. You draw the wool in separate lines, again, I remind you, it is drawn in the direction of growth.

The cat's body itself is shaded with a light tone, barely visible, but it will give us the integrity of the picture. Draw a mustache and put a light shadow on the muzzle. And the drawing of a Christmas cat named Mog is ready.
