How to draw a plumeria - a tropical flower

In this lesson we will look at how to draw a beautiful unusual flower with a pencil in stages. This is an exotic tropical flower, simple in form and at the same time beautiful, when blooming, the flowers emit a pleasant strong smell, reminiscent of a mixture of citrus, jasmine and spices. There are different flowers from white to red. Usually there are five petals, but sometimes more.

Draw a small circle and at equal distances in the form of a star part of the petals, there are five in total. Then we draw each petal.

We draw the second petal of the flower, then the third, fourth and fifth.

We draw leaves around the plumeria flower.

We erase the middle and draw a small star so that each corner is in the middle of the petal. We shade the yellow color with a light tone (look at the original).

We paint over the leaves, we show the color from the middle more saturated.

Let's make the leaves completely, then somehow it doesn't turn out beautifully, add shadows and lived on them, we also make the flower itself more contrasting. That's all, the drawing of an unusual flower is ready.
