How to draw a peacock feather

In this drawing lesson you will learn how to draw a peacock feather with a pencil step by step.

First, look at the original image of the feather.

Draw a diagonal line - the base of the pen, then at the end an egg-shaped shape, an oval in it, and an oval with a notch in the oval.

Paint over the part that is in the picture, draw around the egg-shaped shape as if it were a halo. From it go the grooves of the first order. You can see the structure of the feather in the previous lesson on how to draw a bird feather.

We draw even more grooves of the first order.

In dense places we apply even more lines.

We paint over the beautiful part of the peacock feather in different shades, draw lines in a darker tone. I've slightly corrected the lines that go at the bottom. Therefore, I will erase the unnecessary ones in the next image.
