How to draw a watermelon with a pencil step by step

Watermelon belongs to the pumpkin family. There are many types of watermelons, which differ in shape, color, pattern on it. So, if you get it curved, oblique, square, it's nothing, their shape is different and you rarely see an even, round watermelon. Tell me, I drew (a) from such a reference (image). So we draw an uneven circle, on top of the stem and thin lines we divide the circle, these will be the meridians of the watermelon. Then we draw lines of incomprehensible shape, without going into details, along the meridian.

We shade the space between them, while sometimes leaving small white areas. After that, lightly apply a shadow from the bottom, top, right and left, the farther from the center, the darker. We leave a part of the middle of the watermelon untouched, the light falls there. Watermelon is ready. If you want it to be very realistic, find a watermelon on the Internet and carefully draw a pattern on the watermelon (i.e. dark colors).
