Mudras, or gestures with healing propertiesthey change the energy in the body. Each finger represents one element of the universe. The thumb is fire, the index finger is air, the middle finger is space, the ring finger is earth, the little finger is water, some mudras relieve headaches, others menstrual pains, others improve mood and even support weakened hair and nails. Perform each mudra with both hands and hold for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Mudra ziemi (Prithvi Mudra) - helps to restore internal balance and soothes digestion. It supports blood circulation as well as hair, skin and nails. This helps you sleep. Place your fingertips between your ring finger and thumb, straighten the rest of your fingers and try to point to the sky.The wisdom of heaven (Shunya Mudra) takes care of the head, ears and hearing. Every time you have a headache or wheezing in your ears, or you feel like water has poured into your ear, perform heavenly mudra. Bend your middle finger and put your thumb on it, straighten the rest of your fingers. 

Mudra of the wind (Vayu Mudra) it has been attributed to nerve pain, sciatica, hand tremors, and muscle spasms. Bend your index fingers and touch the base of your thumb with them, straighten the rest of your fingers.Paulina Zakszewska
