It must have a cause, definite and generalizable. Mercury gives this trait when it is associated with Saturn. The birthplace of Mercury Nicholas was strong because it lay on the axis of the horoscope, in imum coeli, in Gemini at its best advantage and in opposition to Saturn. Opposition is considered a negative aspect, but not for Mercury and Saturn, as these two planets love and interact even when they are held together by opposition.

So if it was so good, if Nicholas II had such a good horoscope, then why did he act so badly? Why, under his rule, Russia was defeated in subsequent wars, finally collapsed, the Bolsheviks seized power, and the tsar himself and his family were barbarously killed?
