Could this mean that they are seeing something or someone from another dimension? For several years I tried to get pregnant, and my mother was very supportive. Many evenings we decided together how to equip the children's room and where to put the crib. Unfortunately, when I was six months pregnant, my mother died unexpectedly of a heart attack. Interestingly, since then, my cat seems to freeze in place, as if listening to something. Sometimes he stands and bends, as if under someone's hand stroking him.
