5 steps to happiness

How to give your child the perfect start in life? How to choose a happy name for a child? Numerology knows the answers to these questions!

Because yes: the girl who was hired six months after you gets a promotion, but you don't. Or you had such a great idea, but you still lost the contest. This is destiny! And how are you supposed to feel happy? Hey, maybe the problem is not in your environment, but in you? Unfortunately, researchers have evidence that we very often throw ourselves at our feet. And they can do this:

Do you want to change the world around you and feel fulfilled, happy? Start with yourself. Here five basic golden rules, that will make you love life forever and give you optimism.

1. Expect good luck

Happiness can be a self-fulfilling prophecy, and people who expect it are more likely to achieve it than those who live in pessimism. As in famous jokes: there are those who know that something is impossible, so they don’t even get to it, and there are those who don’t know it and just do it. Believe in your goals, be optimistic, work hard to achieve them.

2. Become an expert in your field

Combining motivation with the right knowledge and skills will take you to the next level of professional success. Happiness needs to be helped, and those who expect it to come by itself, although they do not invest in their success, usually wait for Godot, so they rolled up their sleeves and began to study. You have the Internet, books, courses, seminars and trainings. Explore your knowledge, because while it may seem like you're learning things no one is asking you to do at the moment, getting to know the secrets of your field can point you to whole new paths to success.

3. Change your body language

People subconsciously react to your behavior. If you radiate positive energy and openness, they will be more likely to get to know you and possibly open up new opportunities for you. Happy people smile more often, make eye contact with others, and do not intertwine their legs and do not put their hands in a protective gesture.

4. Don't fall into a routine

Although life within a fixed frame seems safe and comfortable, the mind stagnates over time.Look for new experiences, communicate with strangers, change your habits. If you go to the same vacation spot every year, go somewhere else. If you always wear the same jewelry, wear something completely different. If you eat breakfast first and then drink his coffee, reverse that order. From small to large, learn to stay open to change and when a new opportunity comes along, you'll catch it in time, which will be a lot less stressful for you.

5. Do not neglect contacts and do not miss opportunities.

Opportunities are easy to overlook and often we just don't want to take advantage of them. When you receive an invitation to a party, don't let the comfy couch get in the way, but record your favorite show and watch it later - it won't run away, and your chance for happiness may slip away. Also, remember that other people are often the key to success, so don't neglect contact with friends, both old and new. Even when opportunities don't come from them, friends will help you stay optimistic and confident.

Zen Reminder

The man approached the Master and asked:

"Why is everyone here so happy, but I'm not?"

“Because they have learned to see goodness and beauty everywhere,” Master replied.

"So why don't I see goodness and beauty everywhere?"

“Because you can’t see outside of yourself what you don’t see in yourself.Text: Maya Kotecka
