Or expectations in general - meditation has a whole host of benefits, and there is a chance that regular practice will completely turn your life upside down and bring it together with a sense of meaning. Unfortunately, too often we want results now and immediately, which leads to misguided and inflated expectations. During practice, allow yourself not to expect everything to pass by. Otherwise, you will miss those places in your meditation that give you freedom and freedom.

3. CONTROL

The ego is struggling to take control of your meditation practice. The ego does not like change, it values ​​control and the permanent state of affairs. Therefore, meditation in which we let go is a subconscious threat to us. Because meditation, by definition, is about letting go of control and letting everything flow, changing everything as it should (which the ego doesn't want!).
