There is an important difference here - not every jeweler is a jeweler, and not every jeweler is a jeweler. You can combine two jobs, but it is not necessary to perform one of them. You can understand the difference between these two concepts by dividing them into theoretical knowledge and knowledge, as well as practical skills.

It allows you to accurately evaluate and assess the value of jewelry or raw materials with which it comes into contact. He is also responsible for the sale and purchase of these items. It is not necessary for him to be engaged in the creation or repair of jewelry himself, but this, of course, is possible if he has experience in this.

Is the profession of a jeweler profitable?

Jewelery, like any other profession, does not create our career by itself. Each jeweler differs from each other in professional skills and skills that are useful in the profession, that is, in business. Nowadays, it is very easy to start a business and sell your own jewelry online, but it comes down to a matter of finding customers, and therefore marketing. Professional skills alone are not enough. Of course, you can work in a company with a long-term reputation, but you must take into account the fact that, as elsewhere, at first, earnings will not be very high. After an increase in seniority, as in most professions, we can expect a more stable position and better pay.
