Fancy colors of diamonds - multi-colored diamonds
Unlike the so-called typical colors, which include pure white and shades of gray and yellow, gemologists also distinguish a group of so-called fancy colors among diamonds. The shades of these colors are distinguished not only by high color saturation, but also by significant brightness. So we have bright yellow, dark brown diamonds, but also blue, purple, green, pink, orange and black diamonds.
Diamonds can also be colored!
Recent years show that demand for polished diamonds is even fancy colors constantly growing - as well as their price.
Most of the mined diamonds are colored. Fancy color diamonds too. Blue, pink, orange or popular diamonds, i.e. color from colorless to shades of yellow or brown. It is estimated that out of 10 typical colored diamonds, there is only one fancy color, and colored diamonds are perfect for making beautiful fancy diamond rings and other jewelry.
