Tour de Pologne 2013, i.e. visiting boutiques

Do you like to cultivate small traditions, annual customs? I am very. I get attached to people, to places, to my little rituals. I return to my favorite books a thousand times, I have favorite pubs and cafes. Sometimes, contrary to reality, life goes on, everything changes, but we still stick to our rituals. I graduated from high school centuries ago, but we always meet with our flock before Christmas to make wishes - no matter how difficult it is to make dates. I haven't lived in El Masnou (near Barcelona) for almost two years, but whenever I go there, what excites me the most is the little joys that were associated with our life THERE. We go to La Luna for delicious pancakes, and then we go to Calandria - our village cinema, where there are still red, plush curtains, and the gentleman who sells tickets knows my fiancé from childhood and when the movie is on. very weak, lets us in for free, tk. "Don't pay for this"

For me, Christmas is a moment when customs and rituals are especially important.

Also in our company. We have a long tradition started by our parents in W. Kruk. Every year before Christmas, when there is the most traffic, we join our team in stores for a few days and personally stand behind the counter, sell jewelry, talk and advise. You could meet my parents in December at the W.Kruk showroom on Paderewski Street in Poznań, my brother and I also worked at the school on weekends in December in one of our stores in Poznań. This year, for Christmas, we are continuing the family tradition for the second year already, but already in ANIA KRUK boutiques. Our parents are just as involved as Wojtek and I, only this time we are touring all over Poland and not just in Poznań. For a week now, we have a whole graphic hanging on the kitchen wall, who, when and where is going 😉

Like any custom, it also has many meanings. The girls in our boutiques are at the forefront, they have direct contact with you - our customers. It is a huge value to be with them, to be able to talk to them, listen to their comments and observe the reaction of customers. Of course, I'm not just looking. Even though I don't have as much sales experience as our girls, I often go ahead, introduce myself and look for the perfect Christmas present with my clients. I really appreciate this experience. This is a storehouse of knowledge - about what is important to you as our customers, what you pay attention to, what you like and what you don't. This inspires me a lot, not only as a designer, but also as a person managing a company - everything works in my head: what can be improved, how to show my ideas, how best to talk about them.

On December 24, we were in our boutiques until the last moment, already in Poznań, in order to be in time for our family Christmas Eve. Thanks to everyone who came to us! Congratulations and see you in the New Year!
